I cannot say enough about the Apex Physical Therapy-Frontenac, MO location. It is professionally managed, clients are treated respectfully and all therapists and the assistants are helpful. The two therapists with whom I work are knowledgeable, caring and motivate me to work my hardest. From the wonderful hydrotherapy suite to the comfortably equipped workout area, Apex is a professional environment. Apex provides each client with individualized time so that all exercises are done correctly. I appreciate all the help I received!

this is my experience with university city apex Chris Thomas clinic manager. 3 years ago i was in a dumptruck driving 65mph when it cought on fire causing me to hit a concrete pole 5 ft around . it did not budge . with the grace of God i wlked away from the accident to be transported to the hospitol. from the beginning i have been deling with this same situation that Chris Thomas has done to me. HE WROTE AN EVALUATION THAT COULD NOT BE ANY FURTHER THAN THE TRUTH. HE LIED AND WROTE THINGS I DID NOT SAY. FOR EXAMPLE. I explained to maurine and to chris how something popped in my back while i was reaching for something on a shelf the night before. then that same night i was going to sell the last of my recreation, go karts, and that i drove them for about 20 min in order to sell them. It did not help the way i was feeling . the following visit i expressed that this pop had gotten more distinguished and was hurting and that if "mo" the therapist put her hand on the location she and or chris could feel it they both refused. all the while this pain was increasing . the day of the evaluation withCHRIS THOMAS. I was honest with him in order to get the treatment i need from my doctor. also i explained to him that when i had sexual relations it has almost paralyzing consequences, along with since the day of the accident when i lay in a bed it to has the same affect. and i CAN NOT GET OUT OF BED. Ive been sleeping in a zero gravity lawnchair a recliner, or my desk chair for three years. . CHRIS THOMAS WROTE THAT IM DOING GREAT THAT THE PAIN I HAVE IS FROM RIDING GOKARTS AND THAT I DONT LIKE TO GET UP IN THE MORNING. HE ALSO WENT ON TO SAY MY AT HOME EXERCISE WASNT BEING DONE PROPERLY AND THAT I WAS LACKING IN MOTIVATION. . SO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS IS " I STILL DO MY AT HOME EXERCISES FAITHFULLY WHEN I PHYSICALLY CAN. IT HAD ME IMMOBILEIZED FOR A ENTIRE WEEK AFTER MY EVALUATION WHEN CHRIS INCREASED MY WORKOUT AND TOLD ME IT WAS IN MY HEAD. AS HE WHISPERED TO HIS STAFF THINGS I WOULD IMAGINED SOUNDED LIKE HE ISNT HURT. NEEDLESS TO SAY AFTER CHRISES REPORT WHEN I CALLED MY DOCTOR FOR HELP THAT WEEKEND HE SHOT ME DOWN . SO I HAD TO WIT A WEEK TO SEE HIM WHERE I WAS ABLE TO SALVAGE MY RECOVERY. HOPEFULLY. IVE SAID ENUF THANKS ALOT CHRIS THOMAS AND APEXNETWORK UNIVERSITY CITY
